Space Talk Have logistics proven anything? We on earth have been trying to contact extraterrestrials for years with radio telescopes. The leading communication specialists believe radio frequencies are the most logical to use because of less interference from the multitude of other frequencies throughout the world: radar, microwave, television, laser, ultraviolet, X ray and gamma rays, and the telegraph, to name a few. Explaining the unexplained. How many colors are available in modern day living? The spectrum provides seven colors, plus multitudes of shades of colors derived from the intensification or diminution of one color to the next color frequency. Perhaps during the evolution of man on our earth, a parallel civilization has been evolving and the same methods of communication such as the telegraph, verbal, and television has been developed. What if that parallel civilization started 500 years before ours and their methods of communication advanced to a higher level? Humans are lazy and will use the most convenient way of communication. If sentences, words, or paragraphs can be formulated without enunciations, tones and decibel levels, the less cumbersome method will be used. Perhaps new living species in a parallel civilization developed communication until color mental telepathy emitting from their brain, replaced sound waves from their throat. Making it happen. Color is recognized through our eyes which contain millions of light sensitive cells. Light is focused on retinas in our eyes and an image is formed. If you have the use of both of your eyes, a three dimensional image is seen. When viewing an object with one eye it is difficult to determine distance accurately. If all organic and inorganic entities were one color, it would be difficult to determine if you were looking at a painting on a wall or a solid object. When the retina absorbs light, colors are converted to electric signals and sent to your brain and enables you to see the image. An image is identifiable through colors when the proper balance of color is present. Should there be too much red or too much of another color the image will be distorted. Movement is recognized when different shades of colors from the image and background are present. If your brain receives the signals from your retina, separates the shade of color, wave length, and provides an image, it stands to reason that color is a true form of communication. 
Mental capacities are the least explored.Perhaps our civilization should explore the use of color frequencies instead of radio telescopes. A spectrophotometer can measure the transmission of and compare wavelengths of light. If Alien intelligence has evolved to brain color transmission, rather than radio waves, then we have been searching the wrong wave lengths. Perhaps alien thought waves transmitted in color can be identified by examining the intensity of a particular wavelength, the color, and the frequency of a particular thought. Why not find out if there are patterns of colors coming in from outer space. Isn't it logical that mental telepathy in color could be
the ultimate in development and usage for the nerves such as, cranial, auditory,
